8 Easy Stretch Exercises For Instant Relief From Back Pain

Back pain can really take a toll on anyone. With constant numbing ache blended with inability to move without feeling like something broke inside you can get unnerving at times. You want to do something about it, don’t you? Well, here’s your chance. You can try doing the following stretches and attain relief from back pain without the intake of medication

1. knees to chest stretch.

Working best for the hips, lower back pain and the glutes, you should try out this stretch 2-3 times a week.

2. Hamstring stretch.

Firstly, lie down on the floor, gradually move your leg up and holding it close to the thigh. Hold on to this position for 20 seconds and now, repeat.

3. Piriformis stretch.

Imitate the position shown in the above image and hold on to that for 30 seconds for best results. Repeat the process with the other leg.

4. Spinal stretch.
