Well, there are some alternatives to achieve everything we want, and this alternative has been attempted by a personal trainer who wanted to show his client that we can do whatever we aim to do with a little motivation. When he really felt the need to lose his weight, he decided to go for a walk, and gradually he began jogging and his life changed into a happier one.

He succeeded to lose 100 lbs.!



He entered into the competitions of building muscle and started bodybuilding with zest and zeal. Now he works as a personal trainer too and is motivating his clients to lose weight and never to give up in their life.

Then Adonis entered into A&E program called Fit to Fat to Fit!



In this program, the personal trainers with their clients take part and gain weight on purpose and word hard equally with their clients to reach their targeted weight. Above is the picture of Adonis that shows how he looked before entering into this program.
