Fitness Blogger Proves That Weight Has Nothing To Do With Staying Healthy

Lose the scale- this is what part time fitness blogger and full time mom, Kelsey Wells has to say. She is also known as MySweatLife on the social media platform Instagram. According to her, weight has nothing to do with how much healthy a person is. Hence, it shouldn’t be taken as a reference point while scaling one’s health.

This mom is all set to change the way people scale their fitness level.

She put on 50lb weight when she was pregnant and after her delivery, she had wanted to start a new fitness regime. Hence, she started to follow Bikini Body Regime (BBG).

Kelsey shared the step by step progress picture of her on Instagram and to say that everyone was shocked will be putting it mildly.



Weighing 130 pounds before the pregnancy, post delivery, she set her goal to 122 pounds. After few months of following the BBG regime, she started to fit in size 0 jeans, which was quite alarming.

As she continued to work out, the number on the scales started to creep up. Others would have been scared but Kelsey believes that muscles weigh way more than fat.



She is very thankful that she learned to love herself and started to give importance to other things such as ability, strength, endurance and happiness.
